| The academy plans to Select two or three fully active sports clubs in each Panchayath with the help of the Sports Councils and give training to the children in the area in various sports events which the cetres select. The trainers will be PET s,local coaches or veteran players |
Provide refresher courses to the trainees under the leadership of the academy. |
Give support to the satellite centers by making available the presence of specialized coaches of the academy . |
The satellite centers should function in co-operation with the nearby schools utilizing the school and Panchayath play fields. |
The talented children will be given direct coaching by the academy itself by providing them hostel facilties, good education and nutritious food. |
These talented children will be considered as assets of the satellite centers itself. |
The talented youngsters will be provided assistance for admission to professional courses through sports quota and later aid them to find a good placement for them to make a happy living. |
